Summary
This study tests whether hypnobreastfeeding education can reduce anxiety and improve breastfeeding in high-risk pregnant women. Researchers will compare 34 women who receive the training with 34 who do not, measuring anxiety, breastfeeding intentions, and how well they adapt to breastfeeding after birth. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can make a difference for mothers and babies.
