Summary
This program aims to expand a proven system for managing high blood pressure (hypertension) to more areas of Nigeria. It will enroll up to 10,000 adults with high blood pressure across five new states. The goal is to improve long-term control of blood pressure by training more health centers and providing them with ongoing support and supervision.
