Summary

This study tested a program where community health workers provided counseling, doctor visits, and phone calls to help people with both HIV and high blood pressure control their blood pressure. 100 participants in northern Tanzania took part over 6 months. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and improved blood pressure control and medication adherence.
