Summary
This study is testing whether a computer tool that gives doctors treatment suggestions during appointments helps lower patients' high blood pressure more effectively than usual care. It will involve 168 adults whose blood pressure is still high despite taking medication. The main goal is to see if using this tool leads to a greater drop in blood pressure four weeks after a doctor's visit.
