Summary
This study aims to understand the challenges people with rheumatoid arthritis face in controlling their high blood pressure, which increases their risk of heart disease. Researchers will work with 25 participants from the Duke Health System to identify barriers and test a support program. The main goal is to gather information to design better future care, not to test a new treatment.
