Summary

This observational study will check how often people with difficult-to-control type 2 diabetes also have high cortisol levels (hypercortisolism). Researchers will measure cortisol in saliva and track blood sugar patterns in 500 adults aged 18-80. The goal is to understand if cortisol affects diabetes control, which could lead to better treatments.
