Oxygen therapy could boost sperm count in infertile men

Summary
This study explores whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can increase sperm count in men with low sperm count (oligospermia). About 15 men aged 21 and older with unexplained low sperm count will receive HBOT sessions. Researchers will measure changes in sperm count, shape, movement, and telomere length.
