New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: targeted drug HWK-016 enters human testing

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called HWK-016 in people with advanced ovarian or endometrial cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is designed to target and attack cancer cells while sparing healthy ones. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to check for side effects. About 265 adults will take part.
