New targeted cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first human study of a new experimental cancer drug called HWK-007. Researchers are testing it in adults with advanced ovarian, endometrial, or non-small cell lung cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the drug shows early signs of helping control these cancers.
