Scientists search for Huntington's disease clues in spinal fluid
NCT ID NCT04012411
Summary
This study aims to understand Huntington's disease better by measuring specific proteins in spinal fluid and blood. Researchers will compare 90 people with Huntington's disease to 45 people without the disease, looking for biological markers that track with disease severity. The goal is to identify measurable signs of disease progression that could help develop future treatments.
