Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Origin Satiety Complex can help healthy adults feel less hungry and more satisfied after eating. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo (inactive pill) in 30 participants to see if it affects self-reported hunger, fullness, and other eating behaviors over a 10.5-hour period. The main goal is to see if the supplement is safe and if it makes a noticeable difference in how hungry people feel.
