Blood samples sought to unlock secrets of sickle cell disease

Summary
This study collects blood and other samples from people with sickle cell disease and healthy volunteers to help researchers understand how inflammation affects blood vessels. Up to 2,000 adults aged 18 and older will take part. The samples will be used in lab tests to support future research on sickle cell disease and related conditions.
