Summary
This study looked at whether a fitness tracker (Whoop) can help personalize workout recommendations based on heart rate variability (HRV). 49 healthy adults who exercise 2-4 times a week wore the device and performed exercises. The goal was to understand how HRV relates to training load and performance in everyday life.
