Summary

This study tests a 12-session training program that uses heart rate feedback to help security personnel manage stress and prevent burnout. About 50 Portuguese National Guard members will learn breathing techniques to improve their body's stress response. The goal is to see if this approach reduces psychological distress and burnout while boosting well-being.
