First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study follows 400 women aged 40-60 to see if hormone replacement therapy (HRT) changes how often or how severely they get respiratory infections like colds or flu. Participants wear a smartwatch and report symptoms for six months. The goal is to learn more about infection risks in menopause and possibly create an early-warning system using wearable data.
