Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called HRS-5632 in 203 adults with high levels of lipoprotein(a), a fatty substance that raises the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if the drug safely lowers this substance. The goal is to find a new way to control heart disease risk.
