Summary
This study tested a new drug called HR20013 against an existing drug (palonosetron) to see which better prevents nausea and vomiting in cancer patients receiving moderate-risk chemotherapy. 706 adults with cancer who had never had chemo before took part. The goal was to see if HR20013 could help more patients avoid vomiting and the need for extra medication.
