First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether watching short videos made by other Vietnamese mothers can help mothers decide to get their children the HPV vaccine, which prevents certain cancers. About 60 Vietnamese American mothers with unvaccinated children aged 11-14 will be randomly assigned to watch either HPV vaccine stories or general teen health videos. Researchers will check if the children get vaccinated within two months.
