NCT ID NCT05232851

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a vaccine (PDS0101) given alone or with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) can shrink HPV-related throat tumors before surgery. About 20 adults with advanced cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce tumor size and limit the amount of tissue that needs to be removed during surgery.
