First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a smaller, skin-deep dose of the HPV vaccine can trigger a strong immune response in adults aged 27 to 45. About 40 participants will receive either a bivalent or nonavalent HPV vaccine as a single fractional injection. Researchers will measure antibody levels over two years to see if the lower dose is effective.
