First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a daily dietary supplement containing EGCG, vitamin B12, hyaluronic acid, and folic acid can help men with HPV maintain natural defenses in the genital tract and reduce the risk of passing the virus to their female partner. The study involves 96 participants (48 couples) where the male partner has an active HPV infection and the female partner does not. Half of the couples will take the supplement for 6 months, while the other half receive no supplement. Researchers will monitor HPV status and sperm health.
