Summary

This study tests an experimental DNA vaccine called pBI-11 in 48 women with persistent HPV16 or HPV18 infections. The vaccine is designed to boost the immune system to clear these high-risk viruses, which can cause cervical cancer. Participants will receive either the vaccine or a placebo through a special device that helps the DNA enter cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the vaccine can eliminate the virus.
