Summary
This study surveys current and past surgery fellows and their senior surgeons to see if advanced training in HPB (liver, pancreas, bile duct) and complex GI surgery prepares them for independent practice. About 100 participants will answer questions about their training and readiness. The goal is to understand how well these fellowship programs work, not to test a new treatment.
