Summary
This study tests a new tool called HPARSS to help doctors identify childhood cancer survivors who may have vision or hearing problems from their past treatment. Researchers will see if the tool makes it easier for doctors to order the right screening tests. The goal is to catch these issues early so kids can get the help they need.
