First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-stage study gives a single dose of a radioactive form of the experimental drug E2086 to 10 healthy men. Researchers measure how much of the drug appears in blood, urine, and stool to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates it. The goal is purely to gather information, not to treat any disease.
