Do you age faster in winter? new study investigates seasonal effects on the Body's clock
NCT ID NCT07242833
Summary
This study aims to understand if and how the seasons—specifically summer and winter—affect a person's biological age. Researchers will observe 60 healthy adults over 40 for one year, tracking changes in 'biological age clocks' measured from blood samples. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help design better long-term health and lifestyle programs in the future.
