Scientists probe the Brain's role in beating the blues

NCT ID NCT05585775

Summary

This study aims to understand how two different programs—Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and a general Wellness class—affect specific thinking skills related to emotions in people with mild to moderate depression symptoms. Researchers will measure how well participants can manage emotional information through computer tasks and surveys. The goal is to learn more about the processes that might help reduce depression, not to test a new cure.
