Sitting for two weeks may disrupt your Body's 'Fullness' signal
NCT ID NCT06240208
Summary
This study aims to understand how suddenly stopping all exercise affects appetite control in healthy, active men. Researchers will have 40 participants either continue their normal activity or stop all exercise and limit walking for two weeks. They will measure how much people eat and their feelings of hunger to see if inactivity makes the body's natural 'fullness' hormone work less effectively.
