Summary
This study looks at how a supplement called HA35 affects muscle protein in healthy adults. Twenty-four participants will take either HA35 or a placebo for three days, then complete a four-hour visit that includes blood tests, muscle biopsies, and a gut permeability test. The goal is to understand how HA35 works in the body, not to treat any disease.
