Summary
This study aims to understand how a supplement called HA35 affects muscle protein balance in healthy people. Participants will take either HA35 or a placebo for three days, then undergo tests including a small, controlled alcohol challenge and muscle biopsies. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how HA35 works in the body, not to treat any disease.
