Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of exercise training affect the body's automatic stress responses. Researchers will compare 60 healthy college students, including sedentary individuals and different types of athletes. They will measure heart rate, blood pressure, and nerve activity while participants perform stress tests like standing up quickly, holding cold water, and riding an exercise bike.
