Summary
This study looked at how moderate physical activity affects the way the body processes different types of dietary fat in men with obesity. Twelve men aged 18 to 55 with a BMI over 25 and a sedentary lifestyle completed two months of exercise training. Researchers used stable isotopes and tissue samples to measure fat oxidation and gene expression changes.
