NCT ID NCT07576777
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how a minimally invasive stomach procedure called endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty changes digestion, hormones, and gut bacteria. Researchers will compare it to standard surgical sleeve gastrectomy in 40 adults with obesity. The goal is to understand why some people respond better than others, not to test a new treatment.
