Healthy volunteers needed to test how common medications change a new drug's behavior
NCT ID NCT07449390
First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at how two common drugs—carbamazepine (a CYP3A4 inducer) and itraconazole (a CYP3A4 inhibitor)—affect the levels of a single dose of AP31969 in the blood. 28 healthy adults aged 18-55 will take AP31969 alone and with each of the other drugs. The results will help understand how to adjust AP31969 dosing if it is used with these or similar medications.
