Summary
This study looks at how Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency and Cystic Fibrosis affect white blood cells in the lungs called macrophages. Researchers will collect blood samples from 220 adults to measure how well these cells work. The goal is to better understand these diseases, not to test a treatment.
