NCT ID NCT06219889
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing neurological checks every 2 hours instead of every hour in the ICU can reduce confusion (delirium) and long-term memory problems in older adults with a brain bleed. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two check frequencies. The goal is to find out if less frequent checks improve short-term and long-term brain health.
