Summary

This study aims to see if a single 20-minute hot-pack session provides immediate relief from low back pain and reduces muscle stiffness. Researchers will compare a real hot-pack to a room-temperature sham pack in 24 adults with back pain. The goal is to gather better evidence for this common, low-risk treatment option.
