Summary
This study aims to understand if a woman's natural hormones are connected to how she ages and her risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. It will involve about 614 women aged 60 and older, who will undergo brain scans, memory tests, and physical assessments. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment.
