Summary

This Mayo Clinic study aims to understand how menopausal hormone therapy affects how the nervous system controls heart pumping. Researchers will compare heart function in 50 postmenopausal women who use hormone therapy versus those who do not. The study will measure how much blood the heart pumps per beat and how the heart and blood vessels work together.
