First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a group-based telehealth program called HORIZONS for adults living with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. The program includes 8 sessions led by a therapist to help with self-management and quality of life. Researchers will compare it to just receiving a booklet, aiming to see if the group program makes a real difference.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could provide a proven way to help people with chronic GVHD feel better and manage their condition more effectively.
