Could a spoonful of honey in your yogurt calm inflammation?
NCT ID NCT04248127
Summary
This study aims to see if eating honey-flavored yogurt daily for 4 weeks can reduce low-level inflammation and improve gut health in overweight, postmenopausal women. Researchers will compare the effects of honey yogurt to sugar-sweetened yogurt in 20 participants. The goal is to understand how this specific food might influence body-wide inflammation and the gut's bacteria.
