Summary
This study tests a 10-week program called HomeStyles, adapted for Chinese Americans, to help families eat better, move more, and lower their risk for heart disease and diabetes. About 400 adults of Chinese heritage who have or live with someone with a cardiometabolic condition will take part. The program focuses on changing home environments and habits, and also looks at how diet affects gut health and inflammation.
