Bladder treatment trial: skip the Doctor's visit for lead removal?
NCT ID NCT05799313
Summary
This study is testing whether women with overactive bladder are just as satisfied removing a temporary nerve stimulation lead at home as they are having it removed in a doctor's office. The lead is part of a test to see if a longer-term nerve stimulation treatment might help their symptoms. Researchers want to know if home removal is a convenient and acceptable option for patients.
