Can Spot-Jogging at home help heart failure patients as much as clinic rehab?
NCT ID NCT06756659
First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether heart failure patients can get the same benefits from doing spot-jogging at home as they would from going to a clinic for rehab. About 40 adults with heart failure will be assigned to either a home program with adjustable jogging intensity or a standard outpatient rehab program. The goal is to see if the home option improves exercise capacity and quality of life just as well.
