Can jogging in place at home match clinic rehab for heart health?
NCT ID NCT06756659
Summary
This study is testing if a home-based exercise program using spot-jogging (jogging in place) is as effective as traditional outpatient center rehab for people with heart failure. It involves 40 participants who will be randomly assigned to either do their exercises at home or at a clinic. The goal is to see if the home program can help improve heart and lung fitness and walking ability just as well as going to a rehab center.
