COPD patients: can rehab at home work as well as at a clinic?
NCT ID NCT03453606
Summary
This study aimed to see if a breathing and exercise program done at home is as effective as the same program done at a medical center for people with COPD. It involved 188 adults with moderate to severe COPD and measured their exercise ability, breathlessness, and quality of life. The research also looked at the costs of each approach and which option patients preferred.
