Can a few home visits ease the stress of pregnancy and new motherhood?
NCT ID NCT06133829
Summary
This study is testing whether a short program of home visits can help pregnant and new mothers. Half of the 450 participants will receive at least two free home visits from a trained visitor who provides resources and support. Researchers will compare this group to mothers receiving standard clinic care to see if the visits improve connections to community help, boost mothers' confidence in managing their health, and reduce stress.
