Can daily video calls at home help stroke survivors regain arm use?

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a home-based video therapy program to standard stroke care helps people recover arm function better than standard care alone. About 200 adults who had a stroke 3-5 months ago will be randomly assigned to either do the video therapy plus their usual care, or just their usual care. The video therapy involves 70 minutes of guided arm exercises and games, done 6 days a week for 6 weeks, all from home.
