New home program aims to help seniors live independently again

NCT ID NCT05411393

Summary

This study tested whether adding a special program focused on daily tasks (like dressing and moving around) to standard home health therapy could help frail older adults regain their independence. Researchers compared two groups of patients over 65: one received the new program plus usual care, and the other received only usual care. The goal was to see if the extra focus on daily activities led to better recovery and self-care.
