Home Check-Ups vs. hospital visits for lung disease

NCT ID NCT06883448

Summary

This study is testing whether a home monitoring program can replace half of the regular hospital visits for people with pulmonary fibrosis. 220 participants will be randomly assigned to either continue standard hospital care or use a home kit with weekly breathing tests, symptom tracking, and video check-ins with their doctor. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients better manage their condition and improves their quality of life over 12 months.
